JSC Nordija has started its activity in February, 1993. It is a private limited liability company. During the first decade, the company has been changing, growing and becoming stronger. Its economic activities have changed as well. JSC Nordija started as an importer of tobacco products and the organiser of the wholesale trade; later it started to organise the import of clothing and undertook the organisation of trade as well as the establishment of clothing stores in the country. With the changing conditions of the economic reform in Lithuania, these activities have been abandoned and the real estate market has become the main focus.

At the moment, JSC Nordija works in the real estate market; it rents various real estate. Managers working at the company are ready to participate in the real estate deals, to advice on purchase, sales and rent transactions of various objects.
